Big waves on Lake Michigan
The waves have been big and crazy for the past 2 days. We don’t find much beach glass on days like that, but a lot of it has probably been churned up from the bottom of Lake Michigan, so my dogs and I will be out again tomorrow morning to search!

On October 21st, a storm was coming almost directly south, along the length of the Lake. As you can see, these storms bring BIG waves! We even saw a girl heading out with her surfboard when we got back to our car!
North winds brought fabulous clouds.
The marram grass in the photo above is dancing with the strong wind. A day or 2 after the big waves subside should be great days for finding beach glass.
